The mission of Project Pride SRQ is to expand awareness and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community by creating strategic partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and governments towards a shared goal.
The vision of Project Pride SRQ is and all-inclusive community where everyone is equally united, supported, and celebrated.
The festival was formerly known as Sarasota Pride but has been rebranded as the celebration now also encompasses the former Manatee Pride event as well.
This family-friendly, free event is open to all; sponsorship opportunities are available.

Since our nonprofit incorporation in 2019, we have celebrated and united Sarasota’s diverse community by providing social connection and supporting Sarasota’s LGBTQ+ people, businesses, and organizations.
